    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
    • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Eastern Time)
  • Response Time: We strive to respond to all inquiries within one business day, prioritizing clients with active website management services.

To ensure streamlined communication, we accept requests via email and our support portal. For tracking and quality assurance, we do not use mobile phones, text messages, or social media for official communication.

Backup Restorations:

  • Unlimited restorations for hacks.
  • Up to two restorations per 30 days for user errors, with additional restorations billable at our hourly rate.

Managing Premium Themes and Plugins

  • Elite ALT Licensing:
    If we maintain licenses for your website’s themes/plugins, these costs are included in your management plan.

  • Client Responsibility:
    For themes/plugins without Elite ALT licensing, clients are responsible for maintaining their licenses. We assist in identifying and securing necessary licenses.

Failure to maintain licenses may lead to compatibility issues, vulnerabilities, or site downtime, for which we cannot be held liable.

Ensuring Plugin Compatibility

If plugin updates create conflicts, our team will address the issue through consultation and resolution strategies, including:

  • Removing and replacing problematic plugins.
  • Custom programming, if necessary.

Efforts exceeding three hours for compatibility fixes will be billable at the current hourly rate.

Client Responsibilities

Late Payments:

  • Invoices unpaid for over 30 days may result in site suspension.
